Join our lead Psychologist Dr Jennifer Pulman for a mindful morning of psychological techniques which can help to manage anxiety and stress. Let’s get together in the comfort of a relaxing safe space to engage in self-care activities. There is no need to share if you don’t want to, there is no pressure.
