Jill works at the clinic offering Counselling, Counselling Plus and a variety of Holistic Therapies. She is an experienced therapist with 36 years experience starting in both mental health and general nursing as a Registered nurse. 

Jill has been practising as a therapist and counsellor for 20 years including teaching meditation, mindfulness, mental health coping strategies and breath work to individuals and groups. 

Jill is an experienced massage therapist in both remedial and deep tissue massage . 

Energy healing has been the focus of Jill's work for the last 20 years-she is an advanced Vortex Healing Practitioner[R] and has a natural intuitive ability for this kind of work. Energy work is a way of working to clear blocks to the unfolding flow of life. It is a deep transformational process for both physical and emotional problems. It reaches those deepest places of fear and pain that cannot be accessed by talking. 

Jill is a spiritual mentor and also facilitates One Heart Groups -https://www.oneheartgroups.com/ which have been very much appreciated during these difficult times. 

She will be offering all of these therapies and a wealth of experience to the clinic. 

She charges a sliding scale of £40-65 per session depending upon circumstances.
