During your Counselling sessions your therapist will encourage you to talk to about your feelings and emotions, listen and support you without judgement or criticism. Counselling will help you gain better understanding of your feelings and thought processes and will allow you to find your own sense of self and help you make the right choices for you.
CHILD & TEEN
These sessions involve working with a mental health wellbeing practitioner experienced in working with young children and teenagers. Children are coached to develop strategies and set goals to help them overcome issues in their lives, such as, low self-esteem, friendship problems or bullying, problem behaviours, learning attitudes or low motivation, stress and anxiety, negative thoughts, family difficulties and communication skills.
Counselling Plus is our special service which incorporates standard counselling with the addition of learning to cope and manage mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, anger and low mood. Within these sessions you may learn how to meditate and practice strategies such as breath work and mindfulness to help ease symptoms.

Child Counselling allows children to talk about how they feel without the fear of judgement in a safe environment. Your child's therapist tailors the counselling to each child depending on their age, situation & current level of development.
Play therapy techniques are often used which can involve toys, jigsaws, and arts and crafts.
