Welcome to the Talking Therapies Centre

We are a collaborative group of counsellors, therapists and Psychologists based in the area of Preston in Lancashire providing a whole host of therapies to the people of Preston and surrounding areas such as Chorley, Leyland, Southport, Blackpool, Clitheroe and Burnley. For those of you who are further afield we also provide most of our therapies online so that you can access our services from wherever you are in the world!

We work with adults, children, teens and couples in and around Preston providing a safe and comfortable space to help people improve their mental health amongst other therapy goals.
